Privacy Policy

How ITIPS collects, uses and protects your personal data on itips.biz, in the console and in the DASHBOARD + LAUNCHER apps.

1. General

This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152‑FZ “On Personal Data” and explains how personal data of users of itips.biz, the DASHBOARD console and the DASHBOARD + LAUNCHER apps is processed.

2. What data we process, why and for how long

DASHBOARD registration and service

  • Data: name, email, phone, vehicle VIN, city and country, car colour, trim and model year, head‑unit identifier, membership details (plan, validity).
  • Legal basis: your consent and performance of our agreement with you.
  • Kept for: while you use the service; deleted within 30 days after you withdraw consent or ask for deletion.

App technical data

  • Data: app and system version, device model, error logs and crash reports, app install and update records.
  • Legal basis: performance of the agreement and service security.
  • Kept for: up to 12 months.

Membership payments

  • Data: plan, amount, date and payment status. We never receive or store card details — the payment provider handles them.
  • Legal basis: performance of the agreement and accounting law.
  • Kept for: 5 years.

Contact form

  • Data: name, email, subject and message, sender IP address (spam protection).
  • Legal basis: the consent you give with the checkbox in the form.
  • Kept for: 1 year after we reply.

Website account

  • Data: email, sign‑ins and app usage (which app, when, how often).
  • Legal basis: your consent and performance of the agreement.
  • Kept for: while the account is active; 30 days after a deletion request.

Web analytics (only with your consent)

  • Data: cookies, a pseudonymous browser ID, pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region; IP addresses are anonymised. Advertising features are off.
  • Legal basis: your consent via “Accept” in the cookie banner. Until you click it, the analytics service is not loaded at all.
  • Kept for: up to 14 months.

Bot protection

  • Data: technical browser data and IP address when you sign in to the console or protected pages.
  • Legal basis: service security.
  • Kept for: not stored by us; the check is done by Cloudflare Turnstile.

3. What we do with the data

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation. We make no decisions with legal effect on you based solely on automated processing.

4. Third parties and cross‑border transfer

We never sell personal data or share it for others’ marketing. Only our contractors get the access the service needs: the website and console hosting provider, the payment provider and the email service that sends messages and sign‑in codes.

Cross‑border transfer: only if you accept analytics, data goes to Google LLC (USA) for Google Analytics; during bot checks Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) processes technical data. You can refuse analytics with “Decline” in the cookie banner.

Partners (including car services whose contacts are shown in the app) receive your data only if you contact them yourself or give separate consent.

5. Your rights

  • get information about the processing of your data and a copy of it;
  • have data corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully processed;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • complain to Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru) or a court.

Write to info@itips.biz from the address you registered with. We reply within 10 working days (extendable by up to 5 working days with a reason). After you withdraw consent we stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies and browser storage (language, sign‑in, your cookie choice). Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept”. If Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) is switched on, its cookies are also set only after “Accept”. Separately, the site counts page views anonymously for its own statistics — without cookies and without storing your IP address. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner appears again.

7. Security

HTTPS encryption, restricted console access, one‑time sign‑in codes, admin action logs, bot protection and backups.

By ticking the box in the DASHBOARD registration form or the contact form you freely give the operator ITIPS (Shahram Moeenfar) specific, informed consent to process the data listed in section 2 for that purpose, with the actions in section 3, for the period in section 2. You can withdraw it at any time at info@itips.biz.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the new version applies from publication on this page, and registered users are told by email about material changes. The Russian version prevails over translations.
