BookLab goes global: Tolstoy, Dickens, Twain and dozens more, free to read

When BookLab launched, it was devoted to the poets and sages of Persia — Ferdowsi, Hafez, Rumi and their peers. The response asked a natural question: why stop at one tradition?

So BookLab has gone global. Alongside the Persian masters you will now find the giants of Russian, English, French, American and other literatures — Tolstoy and Dostoevsky, Dickens and Austen, Hugo and Baudelaire, Twain and Whitman, and dozens more.

Wherever possible, each work appears in its original language beside a fluent modern translation, so you can read across the divide — and many are paired with narrated audiobooks for listening.

Every title is in the public domain and free, forever. This is only the beginning: more nations, more voices and more languages are on the way.
